Is meditation right for me?

Meditation can create stillness and calm where our senses are overloaded and dulled. The practice of mindfulness brings our awareness to the present to become more connected to ourselves. Achieving a sense of tranquility can help de-stress and relieve anxiety.

These group sessions can be hosted at a venue of your choosing and can host up to 20 people.
